Your precise location coordinates are not stored on our servers. Location data is used only transiently to compute proximity and is discarded immediately after. You may revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings, but doing so will prevent the core functionality of the Service from working.
You are solely responsible for any content you submit, including your profile information, photos, and messages. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

We provide in-app tools to block and report users. When you block a user, they will no longer appear in your discovery feed and neither party will be able to interact with the other. When you report a user, our moderation team will review the report and take appropriate action, which may include warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans. We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate any account at our sole discretion.
The RealLife.my name, logo, application design, and all associated software are the exclusive property of RealLife.my and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.
The Service integrates with third-party services including Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In for authentication. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party service providers.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT CONDUCT BACKGROUND CHECKS ON USERS AND MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE CHARACTER OR CONDUCT OF ANY USER.
Meeting people in person always carries inherent risk. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, both online and offline. Please exercise caution and good judgement.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REALLIFE.MY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RealLife.my and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app's Profile settings. Upon deletion, your profile and associated data will be permanently removed from our active systems. We may also suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, with or without notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
